Rude rude rude. Went in 2day at 9:30 am for my covid flu shots. Left at 10:15 am no shot. I picked what should b best time of day 2 get in n out. If it takes over 45 minutes with no line I hate 2 c rush hr. I recommend elsewhere

This place is horrible we’ve been coming here for 20yrs and the guy with the strawberry blonde hair told me we might have your order but not sure giving me the run around and told me to go somewhere else. The whole pharmacy department are so rude and ignorant stay away from this pharmacy

Not a very good pharmacy. The staff is nice enough but this pharmacy is very consistently slow. Scripts may be out of stock for a week and they won't notify you. The prices of generic prescriptions are also consistently higher here vs another nearby Osco pharmacy.

It shouldn't take me two days and having my after hours physician paged to get my medication because your pharmacy can't figure out the difference between the DEA number of a resident and an attending. I worked in pharmacy. Doing something that careless takes skill. I'm beyond angry I have to change my pharmacy again. I shouldn't have to go through this.

Since the Jewel was out of corned beef, I went over the Aldi five minutes away and bought $35 worth. Next time I would suggest they stay in stock better. Lost sales and an attitude problem at the store.

Can I give 0 stars? They said they would fill a prescriptiption and call when it is ready. No text. No call. Closed for my son two be miserable. Unbelievable!REALLY????

I used to have a great experience here. But now your outcome will rely on who is working at the time. There are two women that are friendly and personable (one even remembers me and asks how my kids are) but others are either rude or unhelpful. They have a new younger gentleman on staff (Michael?) who doesn’t belong anywhere in patient care. He’s extremely short with you and has an overall attitude of annoyance at all times. The worst part? They are continually closing earlier then what’s posted online. I understand staff shortages but we are dealing with medications here. Patients need medications so when your website says your special hours on NYE is until 4pm, we shouldn’t arrive to a closed up pharmacy at 3:15pm. Especially when you’re closed completely on New Years Day. Will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere.

If you’re going to require appointments, then honor them. I had a 1Oam appointment for a booster, arrived 10 min early to do paperwork/check in, and sat there until 10:50 for the literal 3 minutes it took for the shot. Pharmacist saw me, but chose to prepare every shot for everyone waiting that came in after me and make us all wait. Then he started calling random people until I spoke up and reminded him of appointments. Note: PeriAnn who checked me in and did all the paperwork was the only one hustling and was very friendly and helpful.

This group of drug dealers has the worst customer service i've been the victim of in a long time .Flat out rude inconsiderate and complete lack of compassion. however as purveyors of addictive substances anf fear mongering the loss of 1 customer, me will mean nothing, Osco BIG pharma is not your friend.

Use to go to Walgreens, but always had problems there. They are either short staffed all the time, or don't have the meds ready, or say it hasn't been 30days when it has!. Jewel so far no issues, fast service, great people.

Proscription is never ready untill you go and they start making it. Now you have to wait at least 40 to 50 min. Worst experience changing pharmacy

After all the aggravation of dealing with W to the A to the L to the Greens constantly screwing up my prescriptions, this pharmacy is like a breath of fresh air. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and competent, my prescriptions are filled quickly and I don't have to babysit them just to make sure they don't wind up lost in the system somewhere. I kinda wanted to dock a star for the website and app being outdated, but at least they work. And since this listing is for the pharmacy only, I'm keeping it a 5. I regret not transferring my prescriptions here sooner. I could've saved myself a lot of stress!

Every single time doctor sent over prescription there is a problem with orders. One time they said we don’t have the medicine and need to wait for next day and they don’t even call and inform us with what’s going on. Few times they said we never received it your order and I always have to follow up and see if it’s ready, this is ridiculous and changing my pharmacy today.
