Great experience at the Minute Clinic. Registered online and went in for a sports physical, and was out with a completed form in less than 20 minutes.

Minute Clinic clinician was very unprofessional. She should be fired. She sent two clients home today who were on time just because she was behind and she could not wait for her lunch. She did not even check my patient yet and she was already making statements that she cannot do the job. Whoever that clincian who worked on this day this comment is posted needs to get fired.

I came to the minute clinic and it said no wAit. However, I've been waiting for Atleast 15 minutes. What are they doing in there?!

The pharmacy is ridiculously slow. My wife just went there to pick up my son's epipen. The prescription was dropped off at 5pm and she went to get it at 730. It wasn't ready. They didn't offer to handle it immediately, which is ridiculous. No substantive prep for epipens, mind you. Print a label, throw it in a bag, staple it. On top of that they were out of my son's other medication which can only be filled last minute. Pretty consistent experience. They always ask us to come back hours later, or overnight. Not something I've experienced at any other pharmacy, so I'd say it's sub-par. Maybe hire some more help or higher sense of urgency is needed? Anyway, switching over to the Walgreens on County Farm / Geneva is a hassle but worth a look.
