They had the part I needed an even installed it for me. I have a feeling, though, that my presence wasn't welcome by the way they behaved as well as the way they mumbled things under their breath before they said something to me. It was an uncomfortable feeling.

It was below zero and my battery went bad. I got jumped to get the car to store. When I got there I told them I needed a battery and sorry but I do need it installed. (female here) they said oh no we can't install it. It's too cold. I realize it was cold but my car was now turned off and I could not start it. I had to ask for tools which they supplied off the shelve from opening it. I had to change my own battery while the so called men in the shop watched and stayed warm. I thought this was part of the service of O'Reilly? But now to watch a woman freeze and not even offer to help because of weather! Never again!

My car windshield wipers were stuck on beyond my ability to get them off. Angie came to my rescue and did so in the pouring rain with nothing but smiles. I really appreciate the help and how wonderful she made my experience at O’Reilys! Thank you!!!!

What can I said this staff goes above and beyond to take care of customers they have knowledge they have drive the store is one of the cleanest oreilly in the area tbh never seen a cleaner one always leave with what I need even crack a joke with the workers this is my to go for my parts needs

The woman that helped up was fantastic. Not only did she help us locate the correct parts, but came out and asked if we needed any assistance. I was able to replace the cabin filter but couldn't get the wiper blades off. She came over and popped them right off. Everyone can sell parts but it's customer service like this that sets them apart. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great Experience.
