Lost my package will not do anything to help me. Do not use this service. Or allow things ordered to be routed thru them. I will also be contacting the bbb about this company.

I have been in contact with the retailer and the postal service. However, all of the information i have received shows that my package HASNT LEFT YOUR FACILITY and that a member of your company was the last to sign off on it.Your website even shows you have been "preparing" my package since JULY 21

You would think that the CEO's would care that this facility time and time again can't get there stuff together. I have 3 packages going through this facility. I have to order my stuff 2 weeks in advance to account for them holding onto my packages for 2 weeks.

I have had three packages deemed “lost” after going through the Carol Stream facility. Luckily the companies have been great about it on their end and issued a refund but I won’t be using those companies anymore since they use Pitney Bowes.

I'm still waiting on my parcel frim Dyson that was supposed to be delivered last Saturday April 9, 2022 and status is now on limbo and today is April 13. 2022 and it has not arrived the post office. There is not a valid phone number to call this warehouse. Where is my parcel. Please get it together. Don't take my shipment. I will personally stop by your warehouse if my parcel is not delivered by the end of this week. The tracking number is 4206006192612927005697000003705581

ive had a package here for the past like, two weeks. seriously, man? i live two hours away from here. i’ve ordered stuff from china that’ve gotten here quicker than this. and i cant even contact them?? i am most definitely getting my money back because this is absolutely outrageous, lol. also going to the better business bureau because this is bullcrap, have fun.
