The gym's management has improved the location significantly, making it one of the roomiest and best-maintained gyms in the area. The personnel, including staff members like Lakendrick, Ralph, Erick, and Rich, are always friendly, kind, professional, and attentive to members' needs. They work hard to keep the gym in good shape and ensure machines are working properly, with updates on repairs. Many visitors note that this location is the cleanest and best they have been to, with excellent customer service. While some equipment occasionally breaks, staff members keep members informed and work quickly to fix issues. Overall, the welcoming atmosphere and good vibes make it a great place to work out, and with over 2,400 locations, there’s likely one near you!

OMG the free teens over the summer thing SUCKS!! A nice gym, but when there are literally dozens of teens standing around talking or taking selfies and NOT working out, it just ruins the day for those there to actually exercise.
