Whoever I spoke to regarding a debit on my account for close to 1400.00 that I did not authorize. I called within minutes of seeing it. All I kept being told was being processed. Do you have to wait till it posts it’s being processed you have to wait till I post days and days of people telling me that until finally I spoke to somebody on Tuesday that told me this couldn’t be handled the same day it happened if they would’ve told you to apply for a virtual wallet account instead of the kind of account you have you could’ve rejected it that same day instead I had to wait overdraft overdraft overdraft kept coming I’m crying I can’t get my money back. It’s finally posted now. I have to wait two months to see if if I get my money back which I probably won’t it could’ve all been taken care of the same day instead people at that bank do not know their job, and it cost me over $6000 at that bank in two weeks I will be taking my account elsewhere they did not offered to do a thing for me. They paid my overdraft fees but if it wasn’t for them I would not be out over $6000 and they did not offer to do anything about it.

It’s not the teller’s fault for the run around i’ve been getting from PNC. Their ridiculous policies are making me question their professionalism. Save yourself the trouble. I will happily be doing business elsewhere.

We set up a student account in this location for my teenage daughter. Zehra Fatima was very helpful, kind and patient, answered all questions and everything went quickly and smoothly Thank you!

I have been a PNC Bank customer for over 30 years. I recently moved here and this branch is magnificent! The people are very friendly, know me by name, are efficient and I get a strong feeling of security banking there. By this I mean even though they know my name and treat me very well, there are no shortcuts in safety processes for withdrawals or transfers. This aspect of safety is vitally important to me and this branch demonstrates strong safety at every visit. I cannot recommend this branch enough!

Me and my business partner wanted to move accounts closer to home so we chose this bank and branch. Not pleased, maybe it might be that we don’t fit the criteria for the clients that they like to deal with!

Love this PNC. The branch manager is so helpful and the staff listen to any issues were having and help us rectify them. This branch is a prime example of why I love PNC.

They don’t even deserve one star! I called and made sure it was okay to go in and set up an account before 6 when they closed I got told yes. I went in and the Indian lady that sets up accounts gave me attitude and said she couldn’t help me because they closed in 10 minutes. An Indian family came in and she helped them, after telling me no. RACIST! Will not recommend that branch to anyone for service!
