Quality has gone down. Main horizontal (big) scrubber bar did not come down, thought not a big deal but after inspecting the front bumper lots of dead bugs still. Then I pull into vacuum and super weak suction, 3 other stalls are broken and blocked with pylons, and the only other one was being used so didn't get to vacuum. Had to run, would have asked for money back or 50%.

The man that helps you guide your vehicle in is absolutely wonderful! I have a Yukon Denali XL and that where I get my car washed.

My husband took our car for a wash and paid in advance, which they require. After positioning the car in the tracks the car proceeded to roll back when in neutral. When that happened the chain jumped the track. At that point the attendant came out and began yelling saying my husband caused it to jump the track and would have to close the car wash until it could be repaired. My husband pointed out that he didn’t do anything to make that happen. The attendant would not return our payment and blurted that it was that or how would he like to to pay for the repair. Apparently their apparatus was defective and the attendant blamed the customer for it breaking down. To avoid a confrontation, my husband drove away with no wash and out $12. I highly discourage anybody going to this car wash based on this terrible experience.

The blue fiber cloths to clean your car was not working! Thankfully the soap & water worked a little bit to clean some of the dirt off!

Bought a car wash for 9 bucks. Drove over to the site. It’s 11am and both lanes are closed off and the site is not functional. My car wash is good for 30 days but I’m going somewhere else to get my car washed today. Waste of my money and time. Won’t ever purchase a wash from them again.

Definitely not recommend, I went there on Monday around 4pm of Nov 28th, 2022. There was no green sign, i was confused at first but still decided to do it anyway because the google say its open. I’ve paid, and when I moved on forward, the door was still closed, so I wouldn’t dare to move forward without any sign from the employee, so I honk at them, about 10min later, the employee came out and started yelling at me for no reason on what to do. And by the way, this isn’t my 1st time on this, so of course i know what to do, like when to put in Neutral, however still keep yelling at me. Wasted 30min of my time. Definitely wouldn’t be coming back and there’s also a great spot on North Ave, just 2min away from this.

this place is a joke. the people who work here a ridiculously rude. I pulled in and some guy came out of his "office" and started yelling at me. he was a total j**** I don't recommend anyone go here. I know I'm never going back.
