The teachers seem wonderful but I have a major issue with a day care that does not return voicemails. We had my daughter scheduled to start the second week of August, we were told we need to turn in the enrollment forms, medical forms, and attend orientation before starting. Before any of this happens they send a bill, fine I assume that is like rent but I am not paying it until they answer my questions at orientation and we officially enrolled by turning the forms in. I planned to bring the enrollment forms with me to orientation, but in the back of my mind I just had a feeling this place wasn't for us and the day of orientation we had an emergency so I wasn't able to attend the next morning I called and left a voicemail asking for a call back, that was August fifth it's been over two weeks and no one has bother to reach out to me to about my voicemail all they have done is send the next months bill for something we never even officially enrolled in. If they don't call back to answer questions what if God forbid they had my daughter and it was an emergency? Considering they have only ever reached out to bill us and not answer our questions this place seems like they only care about the money and I would seriously consider that before sending your kid their. Hopefully they can be bother to return my email as I don't want them to change me for yet another month.

Very disappointed in the leadership at Primrose. The owner Vibhuti Vaghani will write a rebuttal or try to take down this review. There is a record of our children attending Primrose for over 2 years. We communicated our concerns directly with Ms. Vaghani and would never write a review like this if we felt she trying to work with us.The teachers and Mrs. Mims are amazing. Our children learned so much. The curriculum is excellent. However, it appears to be about money for the owners and the teachers are not supported. We witnessed the lack of support first hand from basic maintenance requests taking forever to be addressed and the leadership not supporting the teachers when they asked for help with a student safety situation in class.The office staff was dishonest with us on 2 separate occasions. We loved the teachers and everything that went on in the classrooms, but the leadership made it a poor experience. Be very careful when considering Primrose Carol Stream.Update 6/25/23The Primrose Leadership asked us to take down this review. We will acknowledge a successful resolution to our concerns. After several emails to the owner, posting this review, and contacting corporate, we received a call from Mrs. Vaghani and were able to resolve everything. We are thankful to have the issues addressed and appreciate the closure. The Leadership Team was reflective and this can be a growing and learning opportunity for the benefit of the teachers & children they support.

My son has been home with me for almost two years due to the pandemic, when he arrived at Primrose he was almost non-verbal and we were concerned about possible delays.After two months of attending Primrose he had progressed leaps and bounds! His care team is so impressed with his progress, and I attribute it to the staff and students at Primrose. We have all noticed the changes and I am forever grateful.There are a few reasons why I love this school, one being the cleanliness! My son was briefly at another daycare and he was sick continuously even including hospitalization. At Primrose he may get occasional sniffles as young children will but nothing like before and that is because of their health and safety protocols which are impressive.The staff cares and it shows, the children are happy and the parents feel good about leaving our precious cargo in their care.

This is my daughter's first experience going to School. We started her part time with Primrose in Early Preschool class. We saw a huge growth and positive change in her and enrolled her full time since past couple months now. She absolutely loves it there, enjoys her activities and meals. Her teachers Mrs. C, Ms. Salazar, Ms. Sosa and Ms. Perez are all great and very caring. The staff at school is also very welcoming and always very warm towards parents and kids. Overall, my daughter's first school experience has been successful with her loving it and missing school on days off :)

Primrose in Carol Stream is an amazing place for kids to learn. The administration, staff, facilities, curriculum, food, and all the things that matter are A+. The location is also central. We are so glad that Primrose is open in Carol Stream for our kids to attend. Highly recommend to families that are looking for a top notch preschool experience for their kids.

We have many family and friends’ children going to the Primrose School of Carol Stream and they all have been extremely satisfied. The owners and teachers are truly dedicated to children’s psycho-social and intellectual development. They go above and beyond to make sure each and every child’s needs are met and that they are well adjusted to their school environment. Lastly, the way they try to teach and celebrate each and every diverse holidays/festivals truly shows their dedication towards encouraging diversity among these children! We highly recommend this school !

Our son has attended Primrose for close to a year and we absolutely love it! The administration team is extremely helpful and the teachers are just amazing. Our son is thriving in the caring, supportive and educational environment the staff cultivates. We also have been uncovering some allergies over the past few months, which the nutrition staff has been very helpful and accommodating with the entire process. Your kiddos will love it here!

Primrose School of Carol Stream is truly a special place. Our son started attending the school and absolutely adores going to school. Nothing more can be comforting as a parent! The administration is caring, knows every family by name and we feel very confident in their ability with how they’ve kept the kids safe during Covid-19. We love receiving the social media updates with pictures! Highly recommend sending your children here: you won’t regret it!

We’ve had our daughter here for over 1.5 years so far and it’s been the best experience ever! She’s very shy and takes a while to open up and the teachers have been nothing but supportive and patient. Our daughter always comes home talking about how much she loves her school! I also love the sense of community we have promise. Everyone knows you by your first name and really take the time to get to know you and your family. When the time comes, it’s going to be very hard leaving! Ty for everything, nothing compares to the experience, education and nutrition here!

Primrose School of Carol Stream has given my son an excellent education and experience in their Preschool 2 program. My son has transformed from shy and timid to a silly little jokester who loves to go to school. He has wonderful relationships with the teachers and the rest of the children in his class. The teachers and staff are very open and communicate well in person and in their app. They embrace different cultures and have a great curriculum which I really appreciate.

This school is truly unique! The owners, administrative staff, and teachers are all dedicated to providing the best curriculum and nutrition for the children. I know multiple people who have children that attend this school, and they are extremely satisfied with the progress their children have made! Highly recommend looking into it if you are interested!

We have been going to Primrose for about a year and our son absolutely loves it! The staff is extremely friendly and hard working. The facility and learning tools are all very new and high quality, and they do a great job of sanitizing during these challenging times. The only minor downside is that there has been quite a bit of turnover in staff.

We love all of the teachers and staff at Primrose! Our daughter started this Fall, and she has been loving every minute of it! She has learned so much in her short time at Primrose, and we cannot wait to see how much she continues to grow with the support of the kind and caring staff!
