I called and asked why my monthly storage fee was so high, especially when I see all of these specials. I've had a 10x10 storage unit with Public Storage since 3/2022, it's 6/2025. The woman I spoke with, said that there was nothing she could do but if I wanted I can pack up my unit and go to a different storage facility. I was stunned to say the least, my monthly rent is never late and I have it set up with auto pay. I'm just shocked, I'm thinking even though it will be a pain to move everything, I will probably do that. To add my unit is questionable, the top and sides of the unit, the padding is hanging down.

This location is close to my old home. It is well-lit and appears clean. Getting in and out was not a problem. I was able to drive right up to our unit. The price isn't bad, either.

This facility is outstanding. The property manager gets an A+ for enthusiastic customer service. The units are secure, clean and well maintained. After renting there for the past several years, I would not consider using any other location.
