Inquired about a load from TX-TX. We agreed on everything Aron said he was sending the load after 10 minutes I didn't receive anything so I emailed him back and he told me the load was covered lol when he had already told me he was sending the load. This is not the first time this has happened with them. Communicaiton is HORRIBLE on loads you do end up doing for them. When there is a screw up on their end they are nowhere to be found.

I have not dealt with a brokerage this bad in many years. I was assigned a load. I drove to the shipper to pick up my load. Turns out redwood already gave this load to another driver. Not a big deal, they had another load heading to the exact same customer that was ready right then and there. Simple solution all we need to do is get a new pickup number. Wrong. Getting in contact with these people is incredibly difficult. My dispatched team and I called numerous times over the course of many hours. So I missed out on making about $600, plus I lost money for my truck rental idling the truck insurance and so on. On top of it this is going to take me home so I can visit my family. Not anymore. Can't do that. These brokers take more of the total load than the owner operator truck drivers who do all the work and pay for everything. God forbid freight brokers actually have to do their jobs. A truly parasitic industry freight brokering is. But it's okay guys for all that fuel time and other expenses I paid for. I got back a measly $150....... At that point. Just keep the money. This is an insult. I'm quitting Trucking in a few months and brokers are probably the single largest reason why. I contacted the shipper and their customer and told them about what happened and they said that they will likely no longer do business with them. That's what you get when you do people wrong.

Receiving by appt only. Our was at 11AM, checked in at 10Am then got empty within an hour. Nice place to deliver the loads.
