They did a great job putting high quality bedliner on my trailer. When a small issue came up they took care of it. They really stand behind their products and services! Communications, drop off and pick up were easy.

Ray contacted me on the phone and the rest of the correspondence was via text. I asked if he had availability a few days before to install a tuxedo and the liner. His only response was, sure. I drove an hour from Chicago. I did get there early. When I got there the door was locked and the sign said to call and leave a message and leave the keys in the lock box. I left a message and texted Ray to let him know I was there. He told me he didn't order the tuxedo because he needed a credit card. They would install the rhino and to come back tomorrow for the tuxedo. I asked him to call me. He didn't. I asked him what time can he put in the rhino lining and he replied back, what time. A girl called me who sounded like she just woke up. It's 9:15. She asked me for my credit card. I explained to her the situation. She apologized and said that Ray is the owner and he was confused. She said the tech might be there and to go around the building and look for him. I asked her to call him and very agitated she said, I don't understand why you can't walk around. I told her to forget it. I then received a text from Ray that said, I don't know who this guy is. Then Ray texted me instead of being a business professional and said he's sorry for the confusion. The cost was going to be $1,700.00. Thanks. At this point how can I trust an owner who can text, but can't call and a person with a bad attitude asking for my credit card number instead of working through a problem.

So far so good. Only had the liner a few days but it looks great. It looks like a quality job, too. All the lines are crisp and it feels much thicker than the DIY jobs. The only strange thing is that the office isn’t really open for walk ins. You deal with them over the phone/text/email. It just feels a little strange handing your keys to someone that comes from around the back, had to ask if they really worked there… but happy I did it.

Dropped off one of our work trucks to get the bed lined. They did a good job, just wish they had a better system for pickup. No one answered the doorbell. Had to call the number and the guy was not even there and had to call another guy to open the door.

Very clean install and a fair price. I expected some potential overspray to be found somewhere but found none. Job was done a few hours after dropping off my truck. Setting up an appointment is pretty easy too. You can just set it up via email and drop your keys off in the morning through the box opening on the front door. They call you when it's done for pick up.

I drove 4 hours to have Waxoyl rustproofing applied to my truck since they're isn't anyone closer that uses Waxoyl. Before dropping it off I removed the spare tire and access cover for my tailgate to make it easier for the techs to apply the product. Upon picking it up I noticed there wasn't any product inside the tailgate, I complained and they applied it while I waited. I paid to have the underside sprayed as well as the cavities. Today I got under the vehicle to inspect the workmanship. The inside of the rockers weren't done at all. I can stick my finders in the rockers in several places and my fingers come out clean (this is messy stuff) so no product was sprayed inside the rockers. I also removed the drain hole covers on the bottoms of the doors and also see no product. The bottoms of the doors and the rockers are the 2 most rust prone areas and these "Cavities" were ignored. The product can't work if it wasn't even applied. I paid $225 to have the cavities done, I'm not a happy customer. I'm guessing most customers won't check to make sure the work was done, so why do it?
