Savers is a global thrift store chain that offers gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. The store operates on a Rethink Reuse business model, which involves purchasing, reselling, and recycling items to help communities and reduce waste—over 700 million pounds of goods are kept from landfills each year. Savers supports more than 100 nonprofit organizations by buying donated items, providing them with vital revenue for community programs. The stores are known for their large selection of affordable items, with prices being generally reasonable and special discounts such as 50% off every Monday and a 20% off coupon for donations. Customers appreciate the clean, well-maintained store environment and friendly staff, who are often helpful and accommodating. However, some shoppers have noted that the store can become busy and crowded, especially on Mondays, leading to aggressive behavior from certain customers. Additionally, some reviews mention issues with damaged merchandise and higher prices compared to other locations, suggesting a need for better quality control. Restroom signage has been a point of confusion for some visitors, but overall, many customers enjoy shopping at Savers for its good prices, inclusive sizes, and the opportunity to donate and help the community.
I always find good items and things that I'm looking for. I will say that occasionally it's very unorganized and there are times that there are limited items. Otherwise it's a great spot to thrift.
