Prices of the used items are expensive than the brand new items. A Year ago This place used to sell with affordable prices but I don’t understand who started to put price tags now. So stupid and crazy. Almost all items including used clothes are crazy expensive, we can buy brand new same items cheaper from tjmax or berlinton etc

This was at first a nice little thrift store to stop at and buy things at a reasonable cost and give away as gifts. I also donated items that I would see later on the sales floor. But this unethical liar by the name of Tina who happens to be a manager who I find insensitive to her employees who work in the back and on the floor pushed my buttons too far yesterday. There was a fake Louis Vuitton red purse on the rack by the jewelry department, I saw the tag as being $59.99 So I placed it on the counter and said to Heather I will be buying this purse. The next thing I see is Tina grabbing the purse taking the tag off tossing it on the floor and lying that it needs to be priced, I said the price was on it, and there it is on the floor, the shady low life person of obvious ill repute said it was the wrong price, and it needed to be repriced, I said that was the price that you took off, She took her time lying again saying she needed to reprice it, I said I'm waiting Tina, after her looking very shady besides unethical, went to the back waited about 20 minutes came back and placed a tag for $169.99. I looked at her and told her that was, not the original price and obviously she wanted it for herself. I don't wear red or have red purses because of how I was raised the females do not wear red because it depicts being a lady of the night, or a street walker aka Jezebel, But my friend whom is from Poland traditions are that red purses depict fortune. Which was why I was willing to pay the $59.99 for her as a gift. But because of the unethical protocol that I went through with that obvious uneducated lack of professional liar, I reported the incident to Corporate, But one of my friends happened to be in the store videoed the entire thing which made my day that shows her doing exactly what I stated and being rude and having a bellicose attitude. I will no longer patronize the facility and even though I am biracial, I would suggest that people whom are black, Latino, and Indian, not support this high priced resale store because on too many occasions other staff in management constantly accuse people of color of stealing. I normally overlook their ignorance, But honestly people of color are who pay their hard earned dollars at this place and the audacity of people like them working there assessing people of color being thieves even though it's Tina whereas two ex employees one was in management stated was stealing, and she was white, perhaps you do not need to patronize that store anymore and see how their numbers drop and then perhaps corporate can stop in and hire people of diversity to not just work in the back, But also on the registers as these people who assess people of color, of doing. I do not recommend shopping there until more diversity has been put in place and they get rid of Tina, and Sheri. As Albert Einstein quoted, You cannot resolve things with the same wayward way of thinking that created the problems in the first place. Yes I am a very educated woman besides published Author and writer.

Savers, you should be ashamed of yourselves. What the hell happened to thrifting? These aren't something you should be selling here in store. Take these "high ticket" items to eBay or something. Quite embarrassing.

While I appreciate the prices at Saver’s, I was disappointed to see that there were no fitting rooms at this location… I had 11 dresses I likely would have bought, but ended up putting back on the rack and not buying because I had nowhere to try them on to see how they fit. Because of this, I likely won’t be back at Savers unless I need a kitchen or decor item.

I stumbled upon this store and fell in love! This was my first thrift shopping experience and now I'm an avid thriftier because of Savers. I've found so many great clothes, toys, and shoes for my entire family. I even bought a fantastic couch for $30. Savers is our go to store for everything now. Super organized and the staff is super friendly.

I've been going to this savers for a while now and will no longer be going here anymore. Their prices are ridiculous and also I've noticed the people upfront by the jewelry were on there phones looking up prices on ebay for stuff and pricing it out that way which is ridiculous. I didn't know savers was a pawn shop now. The only difference is that they get there stuff donated to them. I will no longer be going there. Your better off spending your money and buying new clothes.

Better prices than Goodwill, helpful workers, everything is priced fairly. Would recommend as one of my favorite stores

I have furnished my home from here. I have found items that I have never seen anywhere. The prices are crazy low the people who say they are priced too high I don’t think realize the brand name matters. Once I started shopping from savers I just can’t shop regular retail anymore.

I don’t know if they’re under new management or what, but I went in today and it was so organized and nice and clean. And the prices weren’t as high as I remember. Definitely less than Goodwill so that’s a plus!

This is now the only Savers anywhere close to me. I appreciate their wide selection of second-hand items.. I am glad that they still sell furniture (Goodwill in our area no longer does.) I even appreciate that they no longer have bags or boxes for customer 's purchases....bring your own! However, inflation is very obvious on the price tickets! Some items have been extremely increased and not worth paying.

I bought a Christmas tree back in November 2022. I came in and removed the tag (19.99) to eventually take to the counter. Once I came back for the tree I noticed they put a new tag on it at double the price! I went up to a cashier & explained then was told to talk to the manager. Once I did the older woman manager became angered and told me I was not supposed to take the tag off. I guess I was supposed to lug a giant Christmas tree around according to her. Anywho, she was livid and assisted me with the most horrendous attitude. Pricing at all Savers locations has become a joke. The older people working there act defensive any chance they get. It’s very unpleasant.
