Chose Tim’s because I’d biked past it often and knew I could get there and home and not need a rental car. They live up to all the 5 star reviews! Gave me a detailed quote and kept me updated with availability to install the part once it was painted. Their work speaks for itself; they know what they are doing and are honest and easy to work with.

I backed my wife's Prius into a tree. The tree is fine, but the rear spoiler and bumper cover were damaged. Tom, at Tim's, gave me a prompt and very reasonable estimate and cautioned there was probably hidden damage that he would show us once the bumper cover was removed. As promised, once he started work, he showed us exactly what needed to be done, and worked with the insurance company to get it approved. Tom and Rick repaired everything perfectly. You can't tell it was ever damaged. They even gave the car's interior a long-overdue and very-thorough, but totally-unexpected cleaning! I highly, highly recommend them.Services: Body & Trim

I needed my car estimated, it's been a month since I could've found a body shop that was even going to take my car. I had called 5 different places and with covid and everything going on, it was hard. No one was picking up and everything is appointment only. I wasn't going to go and drive somewhere random and have them rip me off. I was extremely lucky to meet Tom and Rick, they're so funny and absolutely someone who knows what they're talking about. Super professional guys. Thank you for picking up!

My SUV needed to have a door handle repaired, along with a dent taken out. Parts are not easy to obtain at this time, however, once again they were able to complete the necessary repairs. Wonderful customer service, and fair prices, highly recommend this business!

Exceptional customer care, professional and personable, gracious and understanding when working with both clients and insurance companies. They went above and beyond and even cleaned/detailed our car after completing the repair work.
