I had a disappointing experience with Hannah, who did a poor job on my nails. Despite me repeatedly expressing dissatisfaction and insisting that I didn’t like how they were turning out, she kept pushing me to continue, assuring me that I would be happy with the result. When I made it clear that I didn’t want to proceed, the staff made a big deal about it and insisted that I pay for removal, even though I was unhappy with the service. I ended up paying, but I will be disputing the charge, as the service did not meet my expectations or deliver what I asked for. At the end she was so ANGRY that I didn’t like it she stated “if you don’t have $40 , just say that” … I thought that was extremely rude and I will be posting this on social media. DO NOT GO HERE

I recently had been trying to find a new nail artist, and came upon Top Nails on Instagram. I had an appointment with Tracy, and she absolutely did not disappoint. So incredibly talented, kind, and accommodating. I will not be going anywhere else for my nails!

Horrible experience. Don’t come to this place. My heels are still so dry. He ripped off a side of my toe nail where it burns if anything touches it. Extremely unpleasant man and experience. I spent $65 on pedicure and could have done a better job at home.
There are plenty of other salons. No customer service and whole experience was rushed.

Beautiful designs but they do NOT care about your nail health! They rather yank your acrylic off and hurt your natural nail or charge you extra if you want a soak off because it “takes longer” even though that should be standard. Last time I went in they tried blaming me for my nails lifting within 4 days instead of taking accountability. Said they would fix it for me and still charged me full price. They don’t care about you as a customer. Prices are inconsistent as well, paid $105 for a full set with 3D flower and airbrush design and then went back for a fill and they charged me $105 again for a simpler design?! Been coming here for a couple years but customer service has really declined. Good luck to them cause….yikes.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. This is why I never get my nails done anymore. I would not recommend this place. I asked for regular acrylic and they gave me pink powder knowing that’s an up charge. I did not agree to that. I asked for a sparkly pink polish and they did chrome and gel polish on me so they could up charge me again. The nail technician kept walking away from my appointment, walked away several times on his phone. The tech didn’t even prep my nails correctly for my service. I had so many other techs leaning over my nail technician looking at his work constantly which made me even more nervous. The nails came out crooked and they were still dirty underneath. I paid $75 for a mediocre set of nails. I’m not a confrontational person so I just paid the fees and left but never again. The staff is extremely rude. Make sure you actually get a tech that knows what they are doing or you’ll regret it. I feel like I was robbed of my money and the experience I was really looking forward to.
Requested style: Short, acrylic with sparkles/glitter
Cleanliness: You can expect an infection. Implements are not cleaned correctly.

After admiring my daughter's nails for over a year, I finally decided to try acrylic nails. My daughter booked me with her nail artist, Jenny. I showed Jenny an inspo Pic & she executed perfectly. Thank you Jenny you're amazing!

This is my second time going to this salon. My first experience was solid. I had Tim for a fill and Camilla for a pedicure. They both did a great job. Unfortunately my second experience was not so great. I came for an 11:30am appointment for a soak off, full set , and polish change on my toes. I called days in advance to book my appointment &requested the two staff who serviced me the first time. When I got there I could tell that my appointment was either forgotten about or not booked. I waited a while then was seated.
They were a bit unorganized as I had one staff start my soak off , transitioned to another staff member and location of seats, then had to kindly ask for an additional staff to help with the shaping and designing of my nails (the request was square shape with thin French tip) as it seemed to be a challenge for the assigned staff. I had a total of 4 people touch my nails and two on my feet. *I was told that Tim was on vacation and perhaps the receptionist forgot I asked for Camilia b/c I did not get her either.* The appointment was 3hours long. I have never spent that long in the nail-shop. I was patient throughout my services but internally extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and overall service.
I was not accommodated in any way or given any sort of discount for all of the hiccups. However, it appears as though if you care about the shape or design of your nails you should book with specific individuals who ‘specialize’ in those areas and you can find out who those individual techs are by going to their IG page . I wish I had know that before being assigned just any staff there .
I write all this to say, make sure you’ve seen the work of the staff member who will be doing your nails so that you don’t leave sad about your experience and money. I will be going back as I now know who to ask for but would hate for anyone else to go through the poor experience I had the second time around.
They are overall nice people- you just have to know who you’re being serviced by & confirm your appointment the day before perhaps. I’ll come back and update my review after my third visit. Good luck!

i am a little disappointed with the lack of communication.today i came in for an appointment at 12:00 for a set for my birthday, the guy seemed a little confused when i gave him my name and asked for my number. once i gave him my number, he asked me to sign in and sit down. i thought things were going smoothly and he found me in their system. a little while later, i realized i mistakenly called the wrong salon. that was completely my mistake, however i wished i would’ve been informed that they didn’t have my name in their books to begin with so i could reschedule and come back. the only reason i even waited an hour was because i had nail techs telling me “i’ll be with you soon” just to have other clients sit in their chair. i understand appointments are a priority and that i called the wrong salon, but to not inform me that you couldn’t find me written down for the appointment and just threw me as an (i assume) walk in is very frustrating. i wish i could have gotten my nails done here because the techs seem very kind and highly skilled.

Very disappointed with the lady not only did she not do what I wanted she did the opposite and charge me more. She had a negative attitude since I arrived. Never again will I go to that place there was one guy who was friendly and he help

When I say I'm in love with this place ? I'm in loveeeee...this is the first place I've been that can do anything you ask for no matter what person you go to. I highly recommend . this place is beautiful and worth every penny
