“When I called to ask a question they answered the phone and were cordial and polite. Received a Viewliner in the mail from them, It was packed exceptionally well and came in good time. They were even nice enough to include a ruler since I was a first time customer. Would definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future.!”
“Great store, amazing inventory for lovers of electronics part supply. Leds, resistors, dials, gears, capacitors, vintage measurement device like oscilloscope. And also science gadgets. Need to comeback.”
“Fair Game, Downers Grove, offers a wide variety of table top games. I have purchased games for my family and for my classroom. The employees are super knowledgeable and can always help me find just the right game. I love this place!”
“Our family loves this place! Michael and his staff have always been great to talk to, they offer great service, you can tell they love what they do! The variety of their offerings is wide and I particularly like that there are some options for board games for kids that are bilingual (Spanish/English).”
“I've been coming here for almost a decade. Originally as a board game collector but more recently as a Warhammer player. Excellent store for many different kinds of games and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also a great spot for Magic the Gathering and other card games.
My go to gaming store for a long time!”
“I love this shop with its great selection of trains, models, and toys.
The staff are particularly knowledgeable about plastic model kits, tools, and supplies.
America's Best is one of my favorite Chicago area shops.”
“THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. My husband and I visited on a random Wednesday, just to see what we could find. We easily spent 45 minutes here (but honestly, you could probably spend over an hour, depending on how much you like nostalgia). If you love Star Wars and Marvel, this is the place for you. I, being a Disney nerd, found some cool Disney memories here (old school Happy Meal toys!). Great record selection, too! A Ron, the owner, is a kind, down to earth guy, who obviously knows what's up! We can't wait to visit again, and are so grateful places like this exist!”

“A bright, cheerful little cube of chaos tucked into Woodfield Mall. The displays are fun, the shelves are packed, and the whole place has that unmistakable “you’re definitely leaving with something you didn’t plan to buy” energy.
The store does feel small, especially when the weekend crowd rolls in. It’s not cramped, but you’re definitely aware that every square foot is doing overtime. Even so, it stays organized and well‑stocked, so browsing never turns into a full‑on obstacle course. A solid stop if you’re even mildly susceptible to impulse purchases or just want a quick hit of color‑coded joy.”
“They’re super nice they usually let us go back and look at everything since it’s a lot of stuff they have. Went today for the Mother’s Day sale and got 3 things for only $9!”
“Had a great experience in the activity area. We were at loose ends at the end of the day and the play area was too loud and busy for them. We just went to check out the toy store and found the activity area and kept them busy and happy till the mall closed. They were so excited to see a live axolotl and watch the snake being fed. The owner helped my youngest figure out the marble run and oldest had great time with nerf launcher and Turning Toy. If you are looking for a good place to keep bored kids occupied that's not the screaming madhouse the mall player was is, I would highly recommend.”
“I had a great time during the tenth anniversary of the store for my first time being there and would highly recommended for anyone to come even if you don’t buy anything and just look at the great builds they have in store and the ships are awesome”
“Nice store for all kinds of kids stuff in Lombard. Lots of Dr. Who and marvel figures and toys. Prices were decent. Not many customers even on a weekend.Staff were helpful to look and suggest items.”

“i was checked out by richel and she was exceptionally informative and friendly! she told me about my birthday perks, which i will definitely be back to use next month”
“The snap business owner is the nicest person you'll ever meet and so down to earth! This store is amazing and their buyers keep up with the best toys. You'll find the classics and a bunch of unique toys too. Definitely a must stop by place. They also have a rewards program”

“I brought 2 stuffed animals and they were in need of a spa vacation and they got that! The stuffed animals look better than new. I was so impressed when I picked the stuffed animals up. 11/10 would take more stuffed animals back.”
“If your looking to start your train hobby or just add to your collection this is the place to go. New and used. What I like is the price is always notigocible no mater if it's new or old items you're looking for. Building kits as well in all scales.”
“Love this shop! I was in recently looking for small sleep sacks and they only had one on the rack. The store employee asked what I was looking for and when I told her she said they just received a shipment of the sleep sacks and brought out a bunch of styles for me to look at and choose from. Every time I’ve been everyone has been so kind and helpful. They also have the cutest clothes! Will be back again and again!”
“Staff was friendly store was clean! Lots of parking. Great location! They had so much good stuff in stock including the new popular squishies. The most I’ve seen yet! It was an amazing experience. I would def recommend stopping by here if you have the chance!”

“Bigger location then the one in Bedford Park IL which mean there are more products offerings. I love the place because it has my favorite candies and my biggest favorite this brand of bubblegum. The sales associates were friendly and helpful. The store was fully stocked and items were shelved properly not too cluttered. Photo below.”
“Such an adorable baby store! We just had our first baby, and this has quickly become our favorite place to visit. Every time we stop by, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. One time, a girl assisted me in finding an item I had seen on their Instagram page, and she was so sweet and helpful! Even before our baby arrived, they did a fantastic job helping us find baby shower and birthday gifts for my niece. We will definitely keep coming back!”
“I want to give a shout out to Ness for making my son feel so welcomed and cared for as soon as he walks through the doors. The way she gets down on his level, makes up stories to go along with him and stims right along with him, the way she explains and is patient and caring omg I couldn’t ask for any better associate to help my son, also a shout out to Toby for making things fall threw when my son puts requests in on certain ones, and being so kind and caring, this store is by far has the most kindest amazing caring patient staff I have ever met, you guys have made us dedicated customers for life thank you”

“I was on the hunt for blind boxes and saw that Too Cool had some, however, when I visited, the ones I wanted were out of stock (i.e., studio ghibli). Overall, their blind box selection was limited. They did have a lot of anime figurines, keychains and plushies. And, a small section of Kpop.”

“We loved the lay out of the store. As a child i remember going to toys r us only doing the holidays. It was the best. I am glad to be able to share that experience with my children.”
“I had an awesome time at this Build‑A‑Bear location. There were so many options, and I had a lot of fun choosing my plushie with my friends. They also have great deals on certain days, which was a nice bonus. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. This is by far the best location I’ve been to, and I’d definitely come again.”
“This is a good store to go to if you’re shopping for calendars. Make sure you go when they are heavily discounted. I went today and it was 75% off. We were able to get two calendars for $6.73. Besides calendars, they also have puzzles, board games, etc. I recommend checking them out. Just a FYI, they do open later than some of the other stores. On Sundays, they opened at noon. Service was good. It’s located close to the kiddie haircut place.”
“Great little store for toys, will definitely return for future gifts, just be wary of the free gift wrapping—they’ve got teenagers behind the counter doing it and it definitely shows in the wrapping job lol. Had to re-wrap them after getting home… but at least the wrapping paper was free!”
“Other reviews are a little harsh - if you aren’t looking for the hyper popular singles you can find a couple of decent deals here! Most of the cards I saw were in great condition and the ones that weren’t mint were priced down accordingly. Nice guy at the desk too!”
“Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Incredible selection! They have tons of used Lego for great prices. They also have the newest sets. The bulk bin is a treasure.”
