Brett and Ron were amazing!!! I called earlier and Ron picked up and was very helpful and not even five minutes later Brett called me back letting me know ALL of my prints would be done in an hour so I knew exactly when to head over - it was perfect! Complete gentleman, cannot recommend enough and definitely will be using them for everything here on out!

I had a great experience at The UPS Store in Carol Stream! I came in needing some copies printed, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. They made the process quick and easy, and everything came out looking perfect. I really appreciated the extra help—they went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. If you’re in the area and need printing or other services, I highly recommend this location. Great customer service all around!

Exceptional Service in a Time of Need – Thank You, Brett and Team!
I can’t say enough about the incredible service we received from this UPS Store during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. Just 48 hours before my father in law's funeral, the company we originally trusted to handle his obituary programs completely backed out. We were devastated and scrambling.
Enter Brett and his amazing team. From the moment we reached out, they treated our situation with urgency, compassion, and professionalism. They made printing 100 beautifully crafted obituary programs a top priority—on extremely short notice—and even took the extra step to fold the majority of them for us.
What truly moved us was that Brett came in on what was supposed to be his day off, while celebrating his sweet daughter’s birthday, just to ensure everything got done. That kind of dedication and heart is rare.
Their communication was clear, timely, and supportive throughout the process. We were completely blown away by how hard they worked to deliver under pressure. Thanks to them, we had one less thing to worry about during an incredibly stressful time.
We received so many compliments on the final product, and we will be forever grateful. If you’re considering where to bring your printing or business needs—look no further. This team goes above and beyond, and you absolutely won’t be disappointed!

Very upset I had to give these guys a two star review. Whenever I come in, they are always so nice, fast, and professional. Unfortunately, the short older gentleman had none of those skills. He was on the phone with some lady talking about politics and cursing while on speaker and then told me to “hold on”. I still recommend coming to this establishment when the two younger gentlemen are there hence why I’m giving it a two star and not a one star.

This is the nicest and well trained ups store I have ever visited. Adam and Brent go above and beyond to help my needs. I will come here from now on since the Bartlett location is the worse.

Nice excuse by employee when you reached before closing last 10 min early then they have nice excuse ready to don’t want to take you “The System Is Down” oh common man why do you want to lie like this if you don’t want to take the customer shut ur door and lock it up. So we don’t come to ur place there is plant of UPS Stores near by not only you so. Good bye to this store. I will never go again this place. Zero star ur not even worth it 1 star.
