A lot of drivers said take long time to load or unload but I don’t know what’s wrong with me it took me 30 minutes to loaded to my truck and left the facility maybe I got lucky I gave them 5 stars LoL

Cumbersome. You have to know who you shipping to. Otherwise you will spin back n forth trying to know exact dock. Seems to have many vendors in same location.
