This location stinks. They have delivered damaged mail and wrong mail to my address multiple times. The employees at the front need major training.

Such bad service. Usually, they seem to deliver packages relatively on time. This time, my package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday and it's being shipped to a different facility for some reason. I live less than 10 minutes away, and my package has been delayed for days. No new estimated date of arrival, no reasoning as to why this might have been delayed. Also, the staff is usually very rude whenever I go. I'm not sure what customers did to receive such treatment, but they need to do better. 0 stars should be an option--I would give this location 0 stars, no doubt.

They lost my package with vehicle title in it. Now I have to wait for duplicate for couple of months. Now my vehicle is parked and can't do anything with it. They don't care if is it lost, not helpful at all.

Really bad customer service. They are way too busy talking and then disappear into the back having us wait. They are not the least bit helpful. Recommend driving to another city instead of going to this location

Slowest processing plant there is my package got there 10am Wednesday it’s now 8am Thursday no more updates it should have departed by now it happens every time just a really slow place

I think the people complaining about their mail are shouting into the wind. There are always complexities with sending letters and packages, and people love to complain. I would just like to say everytime I go to this post office there are a number of kind, helpful, friendly ladies who take care of me. I don't know what else this location is supposed to do. They can't control all the mail from all over the world. Thank you kind ladies of the Carol Stream Post Office.

I've got a package I've been waiting for. It. Got to the Carol Stream Post office Saturday at 11:30 a.m.. it's Tuesday almost 11:30 a.m. and it still hasn't left there. As of yesterday it said 2 to 3 days to get from Carol Stream to Wheaton in the middle of the week. If this was the private sector, this company would have gone out of business years ago. There is no incentive for them to do better.

I've lived in this town for decades. Always had problems. Currently waiting on certified mail that the carrier refuses to deliver to the door. I've gotten their notices, tried rescheduling a delivery both online and by returning their notice, told them when I would be home And still they refuse to deliver. I tried calling to find out why and their phone line drops dead after 1 minute of ringing. Now I'm risking the certified mail being returned to sender because they won't follow their own protocols.

I absolutely HATE coming to this location—most of the people here are insufferable. Disgusting attitudes, it’s unbelievable they are in customer service. Do better USPS!

Zero stars. Every trip to this location is an absolute headache. Rude, condescending staff who belittle people for not knowing specific procedures. Also, if English isn’t your first language please don’t come here. They are grossly impatient and I’m ashamed for not calling them out sooner as I did today after watching multiple people leave confused or irritated. The clerks chat chat and make jokes and laugh among themselves while people wait in line. I’ve called and made a formal complaint regarding their unprofessionalism, I encourage everyone to do the same

Had a very bad experience with them, staff is very rude and unprofessional. I had booked passport appointment ahead of the time and the refuses to take me in with my appointment time… no apologies instead she was she me attitude and very disrespectful.
I wish I could avoid going there but this is the only close by full service facility unfortunately.
