I came to Verizon to upgrade my phone. Eric (Kane) was very informative about my options and let me know the current promotions. He also helped me stay within a payment plan than worked for me. The switch was seamless and the discount on accessories reasonable. During the wait, Eric (Kane) was very personable and efficient. I was out of there quickly and left a happy customer! Thanks!

Worst experience ever. The manager Armando told me that he was going to apply to mi purchase a special for Black Friday of 2022 on 3 I watches plus a free iPad for loyalty. until this moment I've been charged since then full price on everything and the said manager Armando hasn't helped at all I've been calling him and he lied to me about that he already called Verizon customer service about my account and Verizon company said he never reached out to them. I already reported his business for fraud before the government of Illinois to Lisa Madigan. I will never ever do any business with him anymore

Store website it closes at 8pm. Git there last night at 7:35. Employee inside, lights off and closing up. So why not say the store closes at 7:30?
