“I just left this location with my husband. Upon walking in the manager, John, greeted us right away and asked if he could help us find anything. As soon as I explained the protein supplement I needed, he grabbed it off the shelf for me right away, and didn't try to upsell me which was nice and took the pressure off of shopping around after. My husband made a comment on the price difference between the Total War preworkout on their shelf versus what is sold at a competitor and John provided intelligent feedback on why that might be and went above and beyond to check the product details and what ingredients might be adjusted for them to sell it as a smaller margin. Upon finding out the ingredients were the same, John offered a deal and provided amazing customer service, which is why we will continue to drive the distance from Montgomery to this location for our supplements in the future!! The staff is friendly, personable and knowledgeable, and I have gotten to know them more over the last few years.Even though this fruitful yield is not one of the largest locations, it regularly has an excellent inventory of a multiplicity of products.My fiancé and I are big fans of the Digest Ultimate from Now and recently have seen similar results with the new Masszymes Advanced Enzyme Formula from BIOptimizers.We also regularly buy probiotics, depending on what’s on sale and what has worked for us. We also love buying the various healthy food products.Fruitful yield also regularly has good sales in the health and beauty aid section.This fruitful yield is always very clean; and yes if anyone’s asking there is a restroom available for customers, and it’s always clean.I highly recommend in Naperville Fruitful Yield.”
“This is old school supplement shop, ran by a body builders, Denis is a great guy, I have been going to the store on roselle road for about 8 9 years, always way better pricing, even nowadays he still competes with Amazon on some items. “Joe was absolutely amazing and so knowledgable. I even heard another lady he was helping express the same thing. I went in there looking for some vitamins to help my sciatic nerve pain and troubles falling asleep. He answered every single question I had in depth, giving the what and the why’s of each product. Even the background of the product and how it originated and how it will help me. We shared personal connections with our pain and he recommended me vitamins that would help ease the pain, naturally. He was very empathetic when I threw him all of pain problems and it felt good to have someone that can connect with the consumer. I will only be going to THIS exact location for now on. Ask for Joe when you go in if you need assistance. I had such a great experience and left feeling heard and taken care of.”
“Great products, just a bit over priced. I've been coming to this location for over a year now, it's always been well stocked and clean. The sales associates are always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, the only downside is that most of their products are over priced, you can find the same products online or at Walmart for cheaper. I have the free GNC rewards membership and it still doesn't make it worth it, I suggest only shopping here if what you're looking for is on discount, or there is a special sale. Otherwise, it's just not worth it.”

“Update: 12/18/22The very next day, the franchise owner reached out to me after a back and forth email with the Store Manager. They reached out to try and resolve the matter, this was not requested by me, however they took it upon themselves to address the issue. I great appreciate the effort and speaks highly of their character.Again, I'm still frustrated with "GNC" and this issue, but appreciate franchise owner for reaching out to me on this.I've updated my review from 1 Star to 4 Star purely on the Franchise owner's actions.Original review below:Beware, this is NOT an GNC location which is part of "GNC". Only items purchased from this store, they will action on, meaning, and any purchases made online or other GNC locations they will not provide any help.
