Super sweet staff, they always go out of their way to help the cost of medicines (Good Rx, discounts, etc) To avoid long lines, trying going earlier in the day❤️

Been going to Walgreens for 50 yrs. Used to be nicer when you could buy anything there. I used to Christmas shop there. Now I like to get my medicine and makeup and they have good prices too.

They always lose my prescription when I need it, I’ve had to go to the ER because they didn’t have my medication. Ridiculous. Always losing my prescription.

This is the most dysfunctional Walgreens I have ever been too. They have a new girl working there that has absolutely no customer service skills. Keep away!

Horrible customer service . Short with people . Not willing to hurry up when lines are forming . Your filling up bottles with pills. It's honestly not that hard

Just look at the reviews. Nearly every single time. EVERY SINGLE TIME they have some issue with my prescriptions. My doctor literally has to go at least 3 times to solve the issue. It's so bad he now tells his patients he recommends switching over to jewel or Walmart because there's always a problem. They say script is ready. I go pick it up and it's on hold because they ran it on a non existent insurance and it obviously wasnt covered but they dont bother to call and telI you. Then have to wait 2 more hours for them to re run it.. Or they they run it on a wrong insurance. Or they keep running scripts thru my old insurance I no longer have. Or they loose the prescription. Once I get a text that there was a issue. I call and they put me on hold for 45 minutes. I drove to the pharmacy while on hold a d asked them is they have a call to answer. They look at me weird but I again say \\\"you have a call on hold please pick up the phone\\\". Once they picked up the phone they were shocked when they heard me saying \\\"yea it's my damn call u got me waiting a damn hour, I drove here by the time you picked up\\\" . They kicker was they said they didn't get a script for me even tho I had the text and the actual confirmation paperwork my doctor emailed me. Turns out Once again they ran a cash prescription thru some unknown insurance, it got declined obviously and they just said \\\"oh well\\\" and forgot about it. They are on the news for going on strikes. There are new ppl everytime I go to this pharmacy. It's like a revolving door of poorly trained overworked pharmacists. Walgreens is working the to death understaffed and it'd affecting customers and the poor pharmacists that get yelled at by ppl like me because customers just loose it when there a problem almost always. That's not a exaggeration. Last 5 scripts took hours of calling the pharmacy waiting on hold then calling the doctor and rinse and repeat a few times per script. Today was the last time I used them. Well I didn't use them technically cause they screwed up again and I just had the doctor send the script to jewel. Avoid this place like the plague.

This is by far the worst pharmacy in the area. Find a different one to go to and save the headache. One star because i can't give zero.
