93 octane pump TRICKLES OUT. I’ve been waiting 5 minutes and it’s only put 1.5 gallons of gas in my car. Go somewhere else if you need 93 octane. Half the guys working here never wear their mask either.

Always clean and friendly staff. One customer (Marisa) is always trying to scam free food. Always. She gives local places bad reviews for free things and when they don’t comply, continues to write bad reviews about them.

One of the only reasons why i come to this one is because its CLOSEST to where i Live. The other is because of slurpees, deals, and Brookies. They almost always have expired products on the shelves, I've bought expired products before and had to go back and fight with them about resolving the issue, so now whenever i go in here, i check the expiration dates on everything i may buy and then some. Whenever i see expired products on the shelf, i bring them to the cashier. Went in there today, and saw.that once again, an expired product i brought to their attention was back on the shelf.for anyone to buy. The product in question this time expired back in March of this year. Also, the employees were not wearing masks, and neither were most of / all of the crowd of people that were in there.

I'm giving this store no stars. I went into the store on 109 Kennedy Drive in Carpentersville not even 3 to 4 hours ago and made a purchase. the items I bought were not good and Corporate and this store refused to do anything to help. they were extremely rude to me and my family. I highly recommend not going in here at all and not buying anything from here. if you do, Customer and buyer beware.

I went to this place just to get some snacks; all of a sudden, the cashier gave me dirty looks and raised her voice at me for no reason. Such a disrespectful way to interact with someone, just because I'm not white. Racism shouldn't be allowed at this place; yet, I went through it. I'm never going to this place again, I recommend you find another 7-Eleven store.
