“Greg is such a great employee. He spent over 30 min helping me get my keys out of the vacuum. He ran back and forth grabbing a ladder, a pipe, and a grabber just to get my keys out. He wasn’t obligated to help me at all but insisted on getting me my keys. “I’m not gonna leave u stranded” is what he’d repeatedly say. Best customer service ever.”
“Came here to get an estimate for some scratches to be buffed out on my less than 2 year old car. Dariuz was super helpful in explaining how they would take of the scratches, what the outcome would be and when I could return. I came in today and was shocked at how awesome it turned out. I couldn’t even remember where the scratches were. Will definitely be back if I have any future needs.”

“I was bummed catching a door ding from someone a week after getting my car, but in less than an hour with Gregg it is like it never happened. He knows the ins and outs of dealing with tesla doors and was able to avoid popping the door panel off for access in this case (but was comfortable doing so if needed). I am very happy with the price, the results - and he was super friendly/willing to answer questions on the spot. I highly recommend.”

Swift Wash in Crystal Lake really lives up to the “swift” part—except for one thing. Everything is spotless: the vacuums suck in a good way, the car wash is smooth and shiny, and my car leaves feeling like it just got back from a spa weekend.
BUT… I have a monthly pass. I’m supposed to glide through like royalty. Instead, I’m hanging halfway out my window like I’m trying to order fries at a drive-thru in 2003, just to tap “no thanks” on the upgrade prompt. I didn’t come here to do yoga stretches and touch-screen negotiations—I just want the wash I pay for!
Seriously, can we get a “never ask me again” option? I love you guys, but I don’t want to play touchscreen Twister every time I roll through. Keep it clean, keep it moving!”

“I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord from Elgin Hyundai that had some body issues. They suggested that I could send the car over to AutoFx to have the body work done. I agreed to have the work done and was in contact with Nelson over at AutoFx. He assured me they could fix the issues that I had concerns with. Nelson and his techs did a fantastic job, at a reasonable price, with the paint job, realigning the driver side door and refurbishing the rims! Everything looked Great! Thanks to Nelson and his team at AutoFx!”

Good enough so that I can keep driving without having to stop and wife off excess water drops. They have free vacums outside, which some of them have started losing their suction power.”

“I got my SUV detailed here and they did an excellent job. My car was VERY dirty from all the dogs I bring in it. I own my own dog business and often do pet taxi or bring my dogs in it after getting all muddy at the dog park. So there was a good amount of dog hair and dirt. It smelled and looked so good after.
I also go here every month or so to get their full service cleaning which is really affordable for keeping up with any dog hair or dirt :)”

“I joined the club and can visit twice a day for a month. Each location is different because they had bought out other car washes so the one I go to is in Wheeling, IL on Milwaukee Ave because you get a longer car wash. (Your $'s worth). All staff are very nice always says hi.”
