“I added a car to my policy then removed it a couple of months later when I donated it to charity. Somewhere in the midst of that, my umbrella policy went up due to a second accident (two different cars & two different kids in the accidents). I had a difficult time figuring out what was what.

First of all, they’re so responsive to customers. Unlike other companies, I’m always speaking to someone in the office when I need help, I’m not sent to a giant impersonal call center or deflected with AI. Within an hour of my first call, I had an agent specializing in multi-units working on my quote.
