Jose & the team were awesome. I should've made an appointment, we plan a day and it changes what can I say. But they worked fast & I made it to my son's guitar concert! Thank you Soo much. My 2 new Tires are working great :). Check that off my crazy list of things to do.

Honestly amazing place for walk ins and appointments. Amazing staff very respectfull to your car and your belongings and honestly luis garcia was such a amazing receptionist to be honest. Any need hit him up he got you but again 10/10 service no fake review but real review

I had an amazing experience with the Belle Tire Team in Carpentersville! I took my camper in to get some new tires put on. While the tires were being changed, I was being provided updates and suddenly they came back and told me that two of my lug post stripped out and needed to be replaced. I know that doesn’t sound amazing, but the attitude, work ethic and integrity of the team really shined through. They drove around to 7+ places to find the right posts and eventually just bought the whole assembly to get my camper back on the road. They took what could have been a terrible experience and flipped the script and have just gained a repeat customer. Thank you again, Belle Tire Team!

I relatively like this place. It is better then discount tire.. my problem is not with the staff. It's with the G.M. he needs to make his P.R. skills and marketing skills better. I take my work truck there and I recommend to a girlfriend to go to this place. Lots of work gets done to my work truck. When I asked, " you guys are going to give me a good price on my tires for my personal truck since I'm always taking my work truck there, I said it jokingly and g.m. said well technically your not paying us for the work perform in your work truck. It's the fleet service paying us." Well if that's how you look at it. I'll take my work truck and my personal truck else where. It doesn't matter who's paying for it. It can be my great grand pa for all it matters. Fact is I'm bringing you heck of business and you could of just said sure. We have discounts and promotions all the time, I'm sure we can do something. Bring your truck in or give us a car when your ready. Boom, done. This was about 6 months ago. Every one else at this store has treated me like a valued customer. Thank you Belle tire but I think I might be going somewhere else

Lost an hour of my life I will never get back. I went in for a tire repair. They told me it will be free of charge. I thought that was great. I waited an hour for the repair. Christopher E. Ben came to me and told me I need new tires. Also front end work. Both totalling $1437.97. He asked if I wanted the repairs done right now. I said no I just wanted 1 tire repaired. He told me the vehicle was dangerous to drive and I need the repairs done right away . I never asked for a complete inspection of the front end. They should have told me 55 min sooner that they would not do the tire repair instead for me waiting all that time. I felt like I was duped into thinking I was getting a free tire repair.
