They're like a Monopoly U-Rent their stuff and they make you do all the running around you pay them $3,300 a year and when they come to your house they want you to pay them 100$ to come and fix there equipment that you rent from them

One star is to much. Should be 0. Do not sign a contract for 2 years. the give you a decent deal than after a couple months increase prices for other services outside of the package. The girl that gave me the rate sent me a e-mail with the price she gave me. About 6 mo. later I get a increase of $15.00 per month. When I called they told me the package price was good for 2 years but the other fees were not. oh and if I want to cancel the contract it would cost me 10.00 a month that adds up to 160.00 to cancel. They got you by the balls. They would not honor the e-mail. Do not sign a contract better yet look around for a better deal.

My family and I have recently moved to a new home. After spending between 10-20 hours of speaking with different Comcast agents, we still do not have any internet or cable service at our new home. It has been 14 days! What can we do? Comcast said they scheduled 6 different appointments for their technicians to come out and dig a line from our house to the outside box, and every single time, no one has come out. Then, when I call and ask Comcast why no one has come out to dig our line, their response to me is, "they did come out, and the ticket has been closed. Would you like to schedule another appointment?"... My family and I still do not have any services, and no lines have been dug.

Their online bill payment and automatic payment system is a complete FAILURE! What a mess. I am sick and tired of being charged late fees when my account is already set up for automatic payment. They should credit me for all of the late fees they've charged me over the past 2 years. If you log into my account you will see that I have the automatic payment turned on. YET...IT NEVER GETS PAID! That's YOUR mistake xFINITY not mine. REFUND THE LATE FEES OR I DUMP COMCAST AND GO BACK TO AT&T.

Pathetic excuse for a comcast store. We waited 20 minutes standing outside in line because they didn't have enough indoor space and can't seem to figure out which was is up in the business world. What a joke.

This too is about comcast in general. I have never been treated as poorly as I have been by comcast. I talked with at least 30 people over the last 3 months trying to get a number forwarded to another. I probably had 15 different stories on why the transfer hasn't happened. Today I was told it's not a possible transfer for some reason. I hate comcast!!!! Their customer service is almost comical! They have no interest in helping. I'll be switching to AT&T come Monday!!

They are very rude! And say they will take care of things and don't do it! They charge you for things they shouldn't! I would not recommend this service for anyone!

This is towards the company as a whole.... We are so sick and tired of being lied to about what promotion we are on. We have cancelled our services twice and each time they call us back a few days later to say they found the promotion we were looking for. Great, thanks! But then, our cable was turned off and they put us on a different promotion than what they told us ($70 more than expected and the second time was $40 more)! So, you put us on a higher priced promo and then turn our services off???? Maybe if Comcast was like Verizon we'd stay with this company!! (Verizon rewards their customers for paying on time and for being loyal) Good bye!!!

If they ask if you need an HDMI cable for your cable box, say yes even if you don't. They're not specific to Comcast or anything and you won't have to return it.
