No respect for customers,i went in to change my Tires, I was there for more than 30min no response from anyone,on the 3 desk nobody to attend to me I have to walk away & go to nearest Tire shop

I've been a customer for nearly 30 years and they have been excellent at this time this Firestone in Carpentersville, Il has the best personnel. Great in all aspects of their service.

Did my alignment on my car and was told that i changed my cam bolt or other part and they would do it again within the warranty period (1 yr) now broght it since i change a part and was told that that was only one time alignment and if i want it to do it again i have to pay. BAD SERVICE will not recommend. I previously brought 2 more cars and was told the same thing about changing a part. Requested a document where it says that if i change a part will void the warranty but they said didnt have any on hand and i have to check on internet which i could not find anything

I always get my pick up trucks service by Patrick and his crew, they are professional and very knowledgeable at what they do, would definitely come back, clean store clean shop and amazing people.

Avoid this place. I went in for a simple tire mount—I had the wheels and tires, just needed them swapped. When I walked in, Jimmy at the front desk just stared at me. I said, "Hello, how are you?" and got silence in return. It was rude and awkward. I said, "That good, huh?" and he finally replied, "It's been that kind of day, and I'm sick!"
First off, Jimmy probably shouldn't be at work spreading his illness. I asked if they could swap my wheels and tires, and before I even finished, he snapped, "No." I've never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected at a business. Shame on you, Firestone, for hiring such unprofessional staff!

I have been dealing with Patrick Prochazka regarding the maintenance on all my vehicles for several years. He always takes care of me and makes sure the job is done right. Last year, he recommended new tires for my Chevy Silverado and I love the recommendation. He is the main reason why I keep going back to Firestone.

Terrible service, bad attitude from the customer service staff, I wanted to get my car aligned since I have an unlimited alignment guarantee and the person who helped me in this store denied me the service claiming that my car did not need an alignment because there was already I had an alignment done 2 months ago, in my case I bought the unlimited alignment warranty because I work with my car doing old things and I travel many miles every month, and this employee denied me the service claiming that it was not necessary, I had to travel 9 more miles until I went to another Firestone store and they served me without a problem. The employees of this store should not work in any place with customer service, terrible service, they should do a continuous evaluation of their employees to verify that customer service is optimal and of excellent quality since these types of businesses depend on the clients who need their services......

Was out in the suburbs for my son’s hockey game today and came out of the rink to find a nail in my tire. Got some air in the tire and made it to this Firestone location. Scott and the manager were so nice and helpful. I explained to them we needed to get back to the rink in a hour for another game. They immediately put the car on the lift and told me to give them 30 mins to patch the tire. Ran across the street to grab a quick bite to eat. They called me within 30 mins to tell me the tire was repaired. What a great experience. Thank you.
