First time at this location. Had an excellent experience went first to buy four tires. And upon there inspection which I did know the back brakes were squeaking a lot they took me in the back and pointed out to me so I can understand what is the problem. From Wayne the store manager to Steve to even the tech everybody was friendly and very knowledgeable and pointed everything out to you. Fortunately I do have automotive experience so I was able to understand what they were talking about. But I was watching them talk to other people and they were very friendly and helpful I will be going to this place in the future and also the tire prices was very competitive. Beating out the two other competitions in the area.

The service here is very good. Everyone was friendly. I especially had Wayne Graham take care of my car, and I was impressed by his sincerity and friendly service.

When I scheduled an appointment with Scott, I was informed that the Firestone location on Randall Rd in Carpentersville could perform the Audi TT alignment. However, when I dropped off the car, Scott initially confirmed the alignment. Even after he consulted with the mechanic and spoke to the technician, confirming both the alignment and proceeding with replacing all four tires and performing a four-wheel alignment service, I received a call a few hours later stating that they couldn't perform the alignment. Upon receiving the new tires and driving back home, I encountered a tire pressure error. When I called, I was instructed to bring the car back. Later, I discovered that the technician hadn't filled the rear tires with the correct amount of air, which inconvenienced me as I had to return to have them check the tire pressure again.

Scratched my wheels and out of balance.
I dropped off 2 stock wheels with nails center tread and not only did the store manager not do the paperwork (according to the service writer) they proceeded to scratch the wheels and they now shake when I get on the highway. For 60$, I expect a more for a flat repair. Then, during the process of them replacing the wheels (I luckily took before pictures). The store manager was completely unprofessional (Yelling, threatening, uncooperative).
Save your self some hassle and pick a different shop. That goes for customers, and someone looking to work there.

Both the Service Manager and the Technician were very helpful and each took the time to make sure that all of my problems were taking care of.
The Technician even drove the care with me just to double check nothing was missed.
A very conscience group of people.

I had a fantastic experience at Firestone in Carpentersville, largely thanks to technician Wayne. He provided excellent customer service by engaging in pleasant conversation while I waited and offering clear explanations about the issues with my car. Wayne's honesty was refreshing; he didn't pressure me into unnecessary purchases and even helped me save money by leveraging an old warranty. His dedication and professionalism truly went above and beyond my expectations. Additionally, Firestone Carpentersville is quick and easy to schedule appointments with, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend Firestone Carpentersville, especially with Wayne on the team!

Wayne is an awesome manager and his staff is great. I brought my Audi Q7 in for a battery change and they were able to change the battery for far less than any other mechanic or dealership. He is always willing to work with the customer and offers good customer service. They honor their appointments and get things done quickly. They are a go to spot for my car needs

Best Kept Secret of HONEST, ACCURATE, SWIFT AND CERTAIN GREAT SERVICE in the Chicagoland area. I put about 40,000 miles a year on my vehicle, I see and get service from so many different types of automotive shops. This location is the Best. The manager, Graham helped me big on solving a system software issue on the Firestone platform. "Augi" got my vehicle as straight as it can be. The entire team there has a great Vibe. Lloyd seems to offer decades of experience....seriously if I left anyone out, ....you are all being recommended.
Go there, get Great Service...Honest Service....there is no Equal.

Went for an oil change, the store manager Wayne was who helped me he was extremely pleasant the entire time and talked with me about issues with my car that could be a safety hazard. I ended up getting a new battery that was very much needed. As a girl I feel like a-lot places usually try to rip me off this was not the case he went as far to explain what could happen if it were to get worse. Ive had bad experiences at other firestones that swore me off for years, but this location definitely has my business from now on:) highly recommended!!
