I came to Maaco to get my car’s tailgate spoiler fixed, and I’m really happy with the service. They were honest with the pricing, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The repair was done really well, and you can tell they put in hard work to get it right.
Thank you for the honest fee and great service. I appreciate it and will definitely come back if I need anything in the future!

Went in to have them look at my car about a repair due to a not at fault accident. I walked in at 4 10 pm and spoke to Javier or maybe Xavier. He looked at my car and then asked for the insurance claim number, which I gave. Upon him calling the insurance company there must have been some issue with the insurance company. He gets upset hangs up the phone and proceeds to take it out on me, asked me to leave and tells me it's my fault I showed up at 4 10 even though the business is open till 5 pm. He was saying it was essentially my fauly there was an issue, and that he has to bring cars in before close, and kicked me out the store. He was probably upset that I was on my phone while he was talking to the insurance, but regardless he was rude and unprofessional and that is not a way to treat a customer. Either way I left the store by 4 30 pm after getting kicked out for not being up to Maaco customer standards. Hopefully Javier/Xavier brought his cars in on time, wouldn't want me giving Macco business effect him leaving early. Would not use this place if this is how they treat customers.

Highly recommend this location. Customer service was outstanding. Received calls to update me on status of repairs. Estimate for repairs was pretty spot on. Car looks like new.

The actual estimate was more than double the online quote, the guy giving me the estimate made a big deal out of every little thing wrong he could find, charged for everything he could think of and more, would never use these guys, try somewhere else.

Amer and his team are awesome. 👏. the craftmanship of this shop is at par with other top notch body shop in the area and their price is more affordable. Amer took his time in explaining what needs to be done and the process to get the job done right. i would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
