We bought a Patriot LED kitchen light 2 years ago. It just stopped working. Since it had a 5 year warranty, we brought it back. We were unable to find our receipt, but it was purchased on a card that was replaced with a new card about a year ago. Menards told us to get the old card #, and we did. Then they said get the old expiration date of the old card #, and we did. Now, they tell us we need the old security code. This info is no longer available per our bank and Visa. So, I tossed the light out, shredded my Menards card, and will never be back.

Sitting in the parking lot filling this out. Was a very pleasurable experience just now with Renee the cashier. She was very friendly and pleasant. She bagged my few items for me, which they never do anymore. I used a rebate card to pay. She wrote the new balance of my rebate down for me which nobody does. Never had this kind of experience before from anybody else. It's nice to see that there are employees out there that actually care about their customers. Excellent customer service! Thank you Renee!

Seems like they have a much better staff now. Robert in the garden center is awesome! Super friendly, kind, and helpful.

1 star because your outdoor yard gate attendant has an attitude problem. Answering very simple questions is not difficult. I know being 400lbs might be hard, but treating your customers with respect takes no effort. Home Depot bound from now on.
