Terrible attention, I went because I have a problem with my cell phone and the lady who is there answering did not help me at all and started answering in a rude way when I was talking to her well, they are supposed to be there to help but they never solve They only know how to argue with clients.

Great customer service skills make customers feel very much at ease and welcome. they also are very knowledgeable of the products that they are selling. I would most definitely recommend a family or friends to stop on by to make a purchase of a new phone.

Best Store and I have been to quiet a few.Today, LIZ and ANNA helped me. I leave for EUROPE in a few days, so they told me what I needed to do to have service. They showed me my sim card and how to remove it. While the did that they cleaned my whole phone and case. Very knowledgeable.Very Professional.Also, twice before, ASHLEY helped me.Highly recommend this store
