I went In to get a new car parts for my motor and they said the rice is 6000$ for 2 motor parts it’s 6000$ that’s not true there’s no way it’s six thousand dollars 💵

I found that O’Reilly is most commentating Auto Parts store out there like most they can get the part the next day they can match any price to any other auto parts, but they will lend you tools unlike any other auto parts, they have one of the largest selections, unlike other Auto Parts stores, but they also have a great staff They have the coolest guys working for them that are willing to do almost anything to get you and keep you as a customer plus they know cars. One time I had a flat tire on a trailer and it was miles away. I asked her if I could borrow a spin bar since I had numerous Spine bars at home they said no problem. They let me use Spine bar. I didn’t even have to pay for it. I did give him my drivers license to hold till I brought it back, which I did. This was a $30 item. I returned it and because of that they got me this is an example of the trust and help that they will give to get and keep a customer. This is rare and important to us old school guys.

This woman and her kids cut in front of me and the kid at the counter let it slide because they were the same ethnicity. Typical hospitality in the type of neighborhood. Acting helpless and then becoming entitled based on the culture here. The woman acknowledged me and stepped behind me in line before another register became open and she jumped ahead of me. The kid looked at me and looked away to talk to her in Spanish. I honestly don’t expect much more it’s the true stereotype they allow into businesses that I noticed specifically in this township. Friendly to all but favorites played based off heritage. Incredible ?

there they have people who don't even know about car parts when I go to ask somewhere they never want to help me if I bring a gallon of burnt oil they don't receive me because they don't want to empty it into the container they have only lazy boys, the truthThis is in Carpentersville store
