“Every aspect of the experience from start to finish was simple, professional, and timely. They came out and measured shortly after we visited the store and had a great selection of blinds to choose from (designer was very helpful). Andy (the installer) came out to confirm the measurements and when the blinds came in (within the promised timeline!), he installed all three window treatments in less than 35 minutes. Very professional and high quality service and product. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.”

“We met with a color consultant from JC Licht and it was a fantastic experience! My wife and I always struggle picking the best colors for our house. Cindy came out to our house and within 30 minutes helped us pick the perfect colors to update through out the house. It was a great experience and we can't wait to see what everything looks like when it's done. Highly recommended!”

“I recently visited this Sherwin Williams location at the Arboretum in South Barrington. The manager Sal helped me out. When I was having an issue he took the initiative to follow up and give me a phone call. He was extremely helpful and polite. Even when talking on the phone you can tell he is smiling. I was very happy with the customer service at this location and definitely look forward to visiting this store again the next time I am working in the Barrington area. I would highly recommend trusting Sal and his team with all of your painting needs!”

“If you want amazing service with a friendly style and a ton of product knowledge and professional demeanor, Shane is your guy. I had all but given up on SW paint stores but my daughter had good luck so I buckled up and gave it a try. What an amazing experience. Shane helped me with correct terminology to start my journey and his knowledge took over and I left with a direction, the words to keep me on the road and samples to make it easier. This should be the only SW store you ever go to because it’s THAT good!!!”

“I have been going to this Sherwin Williams location for years. I am a returning customer for a couple reasons: 1) their paint is high-quality, and 2) I have had great experiences with the team that works here. There are usually coupons or specials going on and you can find them online on the Sherwin Williams websites. If you're shopping for paint, and there isn't a sale that day, just wait a few days because they typically have a 30% sale that pops up every month.”

“We enjoy going to this store. Everyone is helpful and Sherwin the manager is incredibly knowledgeable and has an amazing memory! He remembered my name and business name and over the phone!! Who the hell can do that anymore!?! You must go and seek him out for your painting needs. Won't go anywhere else.”

“I’ve been to the LITH Sherwin Williams paint store a couple of times in the past month for home painting projects, and both visits were great experiences. Tyler was incredibly helpful each time. He’s very knowledgeable about the different types of paint and took the time to explain options, which made my decisions much easier.”
