Nikki is amazing - a total example of a personal banker, even though she is now the branch manager. It's a beautiful thing to have established relationships you can call on when needed. This kind of customer service is what keeps us loyal to Parkway Bank in Carpentersville.

This is a great bank, I am a coin collector and I had gone here to get certain coins that I look for. I walked in and the two tellers were happy to help me with what I needed.

We have been using this bank for years, the staff is well educated on policies, they follow the rules and handle everything professionally. Nicole is a great personal banker, and we couldn't be happier with the service and the down to earth people that work there.
