Not sure how there’s so many good reviews regarding service since there’s NEVER anyone on site. Doesn’t matter what time of the day I can never get access to pay for my storage but then get charged a late fee! Hours show 6AM-9PM. I’ve been here since 7AM no one is here. I come after work at 3PM no one is here. Every month I have to visit time and time again hoping to get lucky that someone is finally in the office. This is ridiculous and if you’re short staffed address that on the website that your hours may vary because based off the times shown is false information.

First off they are charging 250 for an outside storage! (OUTSIDE) then I moved all my stuff and the young lady accused me of having an item in there that wasn’t mines and told me if I don’t get this chair they would charge me $500 fee when it gets to auction. A rip off she was rude called me dumb and hung up on me

After moving from Chicago, we needed a storage unit near our new home. During our visit, we met Taishima, the manager. Taishima was incredibly friendly, making it easy for us to seek help and guidance. She was not only welcoming and approachable but also showed a remarkable depth of knowledge and maintained high professionalism. She patiently answered all our questions about pricing, unit sizes, and operating hours, making a stressful time much smoother.
