This is a very clean, well run facility. Our vehicles always come out clean, well vacuumed, with attention to detail.
The staff is incredibly courteous, kind and well mannered.
We have never been disappointed in service here.

Their equipment is not friendly to paint and shield wipers. It ads extra expenses in repairs in the long run.
The first time (not being sure)I let it slide and repaired it myself.
Second time I noticed damage on vehicle, I reported it and never heard back from management.
Third time, my rear-shield wiper was damaged, their answer is that they're not responsible for damage to vehicles. My claim was denied 2 times Michael; so, there is no need to call you back and my review stands.

the staff is NOT nice / NOT helpful as of today date 09/04/2025, 3x weeks waiting for someone from swift wash to reach out to me about a claim complaint that happen to my car doing a wash weeks ago

Talk about customer service and going out of the way to help.
Aural(sorry if I spelled wrong) saved my life. I had replaced the car battery earlier today came to car wash start cleaning and when time came to roll, my car wouldn’t click. I knew exactly what the problem was and since I had no tools on me. I went to your garage and Aural was standing enjoying the weather and he graciously gave me wrenches to fix my battery.
Aural probably thought I wouldn’t be able to fix which he was 100% true. I was struggling and the terminal was lose
Aural came around and saw me struggling and offered his help, he ended up spending and applying a fix so the terminal can sit tight as it was lose. He got a piece of metal stuck into the battery terminal and tighten the terminal for me.
I am so gracious and thankful for Aural, he not only saved my life and a huge expense from going to a dealer or a repair shop.
My daughter was so happy and appreciated his willingness to come and help.
With all the crap going out in this world.
Aural is my champion, life saver and wonderful person.
God bless him and his family.
Please take care of him. Aural is one special employee you guys have.

Definitely worth getting the membership if you live close by. Where I work there is a lot of blowing dirt on windy days, it's nice getting the car cleaned on my way home.
