We have the worst postal service in the world. On Tuesday, we are to receive the weekly ads. If we get them on Tuesday once during the month we are really doing great. Our mail person always has an excuse of why she can’t deliver them on time. Other family members who live in other communities get theirs every Tuesday right on time, but you won’t get them on Tuesday if you live in Carpentersville

I love this post office. It’s spacious it’s open. The staff is friendly efficient and accommodating. Crystal is very friendly. If you forget something they’re more than willing to try to find something to help you to seal up a package to address it and there’s never a long line. Go to Palatine you’ll be waiting there for 20 to 30 minutes sometimes.
My only complaint would be the parking spots are kind of far from the door and I need a hip replacement so it takes a little bit for me to get to the front counter, but that’s the only thing that I find wrong with this place

Absolute worst post office. Inconsistent deliveries, driver not delivering packages that say out for delivery and you get them days later. Absolute joke. Damaging packages all the time. Use UPS or Fedex

Avoid this location at all cost rude African American lady forgot to scan my package because she was to busy gossiping with her friend on the phone to pay attention to her job . Zero professionalism and consideration for customers. Never again ?

None of staff there is willing to help, I'm waiting for 2 packages, they both showed being hold on loval post office for over a week, when I went there to ask for my packages I been told that my tracking is not correct/complete and they don't have any package for me. Lady at front counter was on the phone with friend, didn't even disconnected when talking to me or other clients, chatting with frien over her phone was more important that work she is doing. Stay away from this station and from USPS at all. Zero respect for customers and their businesses
