Did not find anything wrong with this store. It is a clean, well organized 👌 👍 friendly cashier they have frozen food canned foods. Pet supplies small amount of automotive stuff like oil, fuel treatment armor all. They sell gift cards paper plate 🍽 and novelty items. This store is located in a small town.

Since this is such a small town and this store is utilized a lot, the company should upgrade their store to better meet the needs of the customers. Make the store larger and carry more items.

Store seems unreachable by phone, and when someone does answer they breathe into the phone for several seconds then hang up.

I came into the store and the cashier with purple hair was aburbtly rude and rushy. She didn't speak to me at all. Towards the end of my cart she left the cash register and made me wait 10 minutes for a new cashier. She didn't even bother to give me my recipes when I specifically asked for it.

Bad customer service, I was in the checkout line and the lady checking me out was very rude. Didn't say a single word to me, she just threw my stuff in the bag and when I said have a nice day she ignored me. Her name on her name tag was PJ. I don't appreciate this, I've been coming into this dollar general for years now and have never had a worse experience.

I hate going to the dollar store in Carrier Mills rude employees and no one ever has a mask on!! Even the employees get away with not wearing them. I mean come on it's not that hard to do! Updated!! Tryed shipping a FedEx Smartpost package and was treated like a idoit, the store manager is so d*** she refused to take my package and tried to tell me it is a USPS package. I call and she was wrong FedEx told me she was supposed to accept my package. Pure laziness!!!

The staff at Carrier Mills Dollar General they are fantastic I went in there today and there was a lady I asked her how much something was and she said we'll do you have the app and I told her no and she showed me how to do it up on my phone and everything and it I did the code and it brought it right up and I had a coupon and everything today so I could get that taken off also they are just so helpful there I will drive there to the dollar store instead of the one in my own hometown and the manager there she's amazing there needs to be more people like her and her staff I really appreciate it
