Shady business. You can tell when you see the place. Do not rent here! Check out this reason they gave to raise rent. I was long gone but still receiving emails from them. They billed my card late at night after I stopped renting. Beware!

There was finally someone in the office to take my payment. Usually, I have to wait for someone to come to the office because they're doing something else on the property. When I get tired of waiting, I have to put my payment in the Dropbox.

Great security, polite people, plenty of lighting at night, has the only alarms in the area. No homeless people like some of the other places have living there.

My fiance recieved very little help from management retrieving her property. They didn't wanna help cut off an old rusty lock or make any effort after 2 attempts to retrieve property despite payments. They have to have proper tools to access the areas for auctions or removal of old items. We would have happily paid for service. Instead we rented a uhaul for nothing once now and used a truck and trailer the second time. You can't even put a set of large bolt cutters on the lock without damaging their door or lock system to which they specifically asked we do not damage. Yet they recommend heavy duty locks. Seems like a scheme to size property or continue to collect payments until you hire a professional to get the lock off. A great money scheme for a dishonest lazy owner.

Great rates and clean area, best part is after hours if there's a problem a guy with a gun comes out to see what might be the issue. Soot I would get me one just to see that, LOL!

I have rented with place before and all workers have great customer service. When I moved back into this facility there was a person who was parked and in the way of my unit. I did the polite thing and left for a few hours and would come back later. When I came back the person had opened all the units without locks. I called the company number to alert them and the owner came out with a cap and camera combo. He tried to help the person but the person did not respond well. So the cops were called and I feel safer knowing that I rent with this type of owner. I am very happy with this service! Thank you!
