“Easy to schedule an appointment to have warning light checked on the car. The car was taken in shortly after I arrived for service. The problem was found and corrected with in 45 minutes of the car being taken in. One of the people from the service department told me in detail what the problem was and what was done to correct it. “We took my husband’s truck to Calliber in mid May. Our estimated date of completion was a day before I was planning on taking a trip to visit family in Georgia. Two weeks after we dropped it off we got a text saying that the estimated date was now in August. I called asking for an explanation. They kindly explained that a part was on back order. I then asked if I could pick it up until the part came in; so that, I could take it down to Georgia. The damage to the truck was cosmetic and not related to function. They talked to the manger who let me pick it up. A week after I got back the part came in. I dropped it off again on a Tuesday and it was done by Thursday. The customer service here is too tier. I let them know I wasn’t angry, but I just couldn’t afford a rental and we had been using my one car in the mean time. They were so understanding and kind. The work they did looks so good too!!”
