This pharmacy has always been very accommodating with my prescription which is usually in short supply. Jody is the kindest person who went the extra mile for a patient in need by helping me get a dental syringe to irrigate my tooth sockets after a complicated extraction which included no post op instructions or tools. The staff here are very caring and supportive and I highly recommend you switch to this pharmacy.

Wonderful group of people that are always willing to help when they can. Any issues I've ever had with my medications, how prescriptions were written or even insurance has been handled with excellent communication, professionalism and kindness. To foster such a culture in a field that so often leaves one frustrated and confused is something everyone there should be proud of. This place is a lovely surprise that I'd recommend to anyone.

I agree with one of the other reviews- they almost never have your prescription ready, no matter if it was called in 2 hours ago or 2 days ago. You have to sit and wait for it to be filled. Yes, they are polite, but what is the point of calling in an order if it isn't filled before pickup?

0/10 NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ELDERLY OR DISABLED PEOPLE. Offers delivery but doesn't arrive or takes hours. You have to sit by your door all day waiting for them because if you miss the door or the phone one time, you are off the delivery list forever and they will never deliver to you again. This is ableist and makes it impossible for disabled people to get their medications who have a hard time getting to their door or phone in time and who can't get to the pharmacy.

Prompt service, small family like atmosphere. Not the big chain store hustle and bustle. Answers any questions when needed. Drive thru is convenient for those who don't want to get out of the vehicle.

Terrible service. Prescriptions are never ready. You call your medicine in and they say they will get right on it. 3 days later you go to pick it up, and then have to sit there for half an hour while they fill it.If you call in a prescription and you happen to be out of refills, they won't say anything at all, except their standard "we'll get right on it." So when you go to pick it up, "oh, well you were out of refills. If you like we can fax in to the doctor now." Well I called it in near a week ago, why didn't you fax the doctor then?Laziest pharmacy in southern Illinois. Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, all would call your doctor if they saw you were out of refills, but not this place. They don't even give you a heads up.We've been using this pharmacy for 3 years, and only have continued using it because it's the closest and only one in town. Never again, it would be well worth the drive to Herrin, Carbondale, or Marion to get our prescriptions filled.

In this time of crisis, we should learn patience. Especially me! They always help you just have to have patience. I complained the other day about Family Drug the other day and I was wrong. They do everything they can to help.
