there is a sauna in both the women's and men's locker room. there is a free weight room, a main weight room, and a weight room for the JALC athletes. there is a heated pool and an Olympic swimming pool. $35 bucks a month for all this... can't be beat. catch me there on MWF doing Push, Legs, Pull 💪🏼”
