“Great place to go try out slots if thats what u like because all that work there r really friendly. Only 1 thing that is a little crazy is parking lot size, on a busy day if your in a hurry might get hard to get in n out. But mgmt says ol big daddy himself said after big daddy liquor get with it it will be plenty big enough to park ur hummer in there???”
“Speakeasy is a good place to get a large variety of beers, wines, and liquor. The staff is friendly and helpful when you are looking for an item. They also have a walk in cooler for the beer.”
“When I'm in town and need to pick up beverages I almost always stop in at the Speakeasy. They have a great selection of beer, wine, and hard alcohol. I like that they have a number of local beers and wines in stock which is a nice touch and something that brings me back again and again. “Very nice, very clean, quite little spot with J&J gaming machines and a small bar, jukebox, large screen TV, & fresh popcorn and canned soda. If alcohol is your thing they have lots of seltzer options, domestic beer, a few Ipa's, Monaco's, Cheladas etc. and some hard stuff too.
Not much of an option for hot food but they do have frozen pizza they will happily make ya.
Bonus they have drive thru liquor store with a limited selection.

“Pinch Penny Liquors is my favorite place in town for any packaged alcohol. They have a wonderful, rotating selection of craft beers, as well as an extensive wine selection and a diverse selection of spirits. They also carry a lot of non-alcoholic options, as well at some CBD and THC drinks.
The staff has always been welcoming and helpful. They have always answered any questions and been pleasant, and also know where their products are located.
The store is well-lit, always clean, and organized. A single visit is all you need to learn where everything is.

It's rumored that at one time ABC had an initiation where you could become an official ABC customer. But that has to deal with the long and mysterious history of Carbondale hard to find, but maybe if we have enough customers that ask maybe ABC will return to its form of glory.”
