They should do house checks to make sure the workers are doing their job for the client... Some clients might be scared or uneasy to complain about the workers... You need to do surprised checks!

Overall experience is good and pleased with my worker and her work. Had one bad situation,but had nothing to do with the company...personal conflict w/ a worker and it was resolved in the proper way.Thank you ,TLC for being there for those of us that need some help. ?

Awful not sure they are licensed. Other workers from other agencies and the care is not "care" .
