We've had a home owners insurance policy with Donna Gates, and now tony gates. We decided to bundle our auto and homeowners insurance with a different company and Statefarm never reached out to us as to why we were switching which is fine. They must not care to keep business. When i called today to get some information regarding our insurance policy with them that we still have until july 22nd i was told " well you did have a policy you don't anymore" . even though i techinally still do for a few more weeks. This is honestly the only time ive ever called this company and they are just rude and clearly don't want to be helpful. Thank god we are switching.

I have been with Tony Gates State Farm for years. They have always been extremely professional and attentive. They go out of their way to make sure they do everything right.
