This company is a down right joke. I'm a former employee of one of their hog farms and I can tell you now, they have the most horrible management system I have ever seen! I've wittnesed bullying from employees and have also seen the victim numerous times go to our farm manager and even the farm boss to report these incidents and nothing ever gets done. I've even called Hr in Carthage to report mistreated employees and etc. And once again nothing ever gets done. With this company it's all about who you are. But once anyone speaks out about this company regarding the negligence to their employees asking for help they get fired for speaking up about how this company and farms truly operate. This company needs shut down!

I worked here for 2 years and got fired for crossing an HR worker wrong. Even though she was fired for being dishonest, I still can't get my job back, or even express my side of the story. Pretty typical for CVS/PSM.. I didn't deserve to be treated that way, and neither did any of my former co-workers who got the same treatment. I don't blame the company for what happened, but to not right a wrong that slid by on their watch is unforgivable.
