Please don't open the new account with this Bank. Specifically in Cary, IL location. They did not give Debit Card in the Branch stating that their Printer is NOT functional. Fair enough! They assured to mail me the Debit Card. Its been 13 days and I did not receive debit card. When I called you to their Call Center, an incompetent lady told me that I need to go the Branch. Meaning she is asking me to drive 1 hour and 15 minute far to the Branch!When I asked her to transfer me to the Executive Team, she kept me on hold for 52 minutes! And still no response!Please avoid them. They don't care about their new customers!Update:Issue of Debit Card is now resolved. Decided to raise to 4-Star!

They have no employees and it takes hours to pick up the phone. Love credit unions, but this one may have tried to expand too quickly. No online chat options, etc. Impossible to speak to anyone.
