It was my very first time EVER getting my nails done and OMG it was an amazing experience . Erica walked me through the process and helped me with the my decisions. I am super happy with the results. Erica’s attention to detail was on point and she genuinely cared. The atmosphere was relaxing and refined. I HIGHLY recommend this place and make sure to ask for ERICA, she will take care of you.

I got a gel manicure and I’m really happy with how it turned out! The staff was friendly and very skilled. My nails were getting weak, but now they feel healthier and also look so pretty! If you’re looking for a nail salon in the area, I highly recommend Beau nails

I thought that this place is pretty good. I really don't have any complaints about the actual service, but at the end of my service as I was trying to pull my wallet out to tip there was an employee who shouted "Tip???" Super loud in front of other customers and honestly, because of this, I didn't tip as much as I would have. I believe that all service workers deserve tips. But if you're tip hungry, I really don't think that that's a good look.

The prettiest gel nails I have ever gotten. They are called chrome nails. The staff recommended them. Plus, the staff is super friendly and talented :) I am definitely coming back here again. 10/10!!!

Overall great service and nails all looked great, but the price changed quite quick without any understanding on my end or consent. From being charged for a french tip (it's just white nail polish at the tip of my nail instead of my full nail), as well as putting chrome on another persons hands without understanding of it being an up charge. Even a regular manicure had up charges and they just asked for plain color nothing extra (still confused why this was the case). The website pricing as well as even the pricing inside the salon isn't correct, so make sure to ask about every detail pricing wise or what was supposed to be $35 will be $55 like mine.... No hate to them, just some clarifications that can cause confusion and issues.

This place was very underwhelming. My husband came here due to the good reviews to get me a gift certificate for our anniversary it should have been enough for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure. First issue was while my toes were soaking off she started doing my manicure prep she was so rough with the cuticle pusher that she cut me and made me bleed (didn't apologize either). I didn't say anything I just kept letting her work because accidents can happen but she decided to hack my toenails down to actual nubs by the time I realized it she had already did a few so I couldn't let them be uneven now all of my toenails are cut down to the meat underneath there's no white left on the tip. She proceeded to throw the sugar scrub and oil on my leg but just rinsed them right off without rubbing them in I absolutely got zero massage which was the part I was most excited about being pregnant. She also put regular polish on my toes instead of the gel but I let it slide because I was just going to tip her with the difference of the gift certificate but I was told I couldn't do that on the way out she told me to use it for next time I told her there wouldn't be a next time because I wasn't happy with the experience to which she said nothing to me in regards to being sorry. The lady was middle aged with curly hair the other ladies seemed to be doing really good with people sitting next to me idk why my tech wasn't holding the same work ethic. When getting my gel manicure she also chopped those down to the meat to the point the nail file was burning while filing the lack of tip of the nail. The lady was grunting at me to put my hand in the light instead of saying anything. On top of everything she was extremely sloppy with the polish I have clear gel top coat all over my skin (also white polish on sides of my finger) the polish is lumpy and has bubbles idk why this would be acceptable and not even apologetic when I let her know I was not happy with the whole experience. Never coming back here and they have extra money that I will not be seeing again unfortunately. Side note as well everyone says how clean this place is but my nail tools came out of a basket full of other tools she didn't use and then she cut me with it so I'm hoping they were sterilized.
