“Although this may not be there forte' in the body shop world, my boat dealer recommended Rainbow Collision Center to replace the damaged fender on my tandem axle boat trailer. Wow - Excellent work!!!! The old fender had to be cut and the new fender welded onto the trailer. Perfect welds and perfect match of paint color! I highly recommend Rainbow Collision Center. “I was involved in a hit and run with a drunk driver which resulted in nearly $8k in damage to my car. The Body Shop of Barrington was able to repair my vehicle and have it looking like nothing happened.”
“Initially my car was taken to Caliber in Crystal Lake who wouldn’t even give me an estimate because there was rust under my hood. The initial insurance coverage estimate had me paying over $3k out of pocket because of “damage from a previous accident”. I had my car towed over to Ross at Riverside who not only repaired my car to look better than it did before the accident, but he also fought the insurance company to get basically full coverage. I ended up only paying my deductible plus $200 out of pocket instead of the thousands I was initially told I’d have to pay by my insurance. I am so happy with the quality of work and the customer service provided. The owners didn’t know me yet they treated me as if I was family and saved me thousands while doing so. You’d be a fool to take your car elsewhere for collision repairs in the NW burbs. Extremely grateful for Riverside, thank you all!! Thank you for turning my nightmare into a dream!!”

Recent example ~ A friend took their truck to the dealer for an estimate on brakes, they were told $500-600 & rotors needed to be replaced. I had them take it to Alan and guess what ? Rotors did not need to be replaced ! Brakes done for under $200 !”

“Had someone hit my rear bumper and I found BVA on Google search. SO GLAD I DID! Not only did they work with me when I asked if they could fix the bumper instead of a full replacement they kept my car when I had to go out of town.
Well, Nancy called me for an update on something while I was in the process of having a very bad morning and even gave an ear when I needed it. When I came back into town. Not only did they did a phenomenal job fixing the bumper, they waived my storage fee, AND even touched up the paint on my passenger wheel well from a grocery cart being dragged about 8 inches down the side at no charge. She said that it sounded like I was having a really hard time and that they just wanted to do something nice for me and they had the paint.

I was lucky enough to notice a weathered "Auto Body " sign on the NORTH side of Burnett Rd. near my house in Island Lake after leaving a similar place on the SOUTH side that was a joke. Never greeted or acknowledged at all. I opened the door at Nostalgic (586 E Burnett Rd.) and was very pleasantly greeted by a guy working on a car. I'm unhappy that I didn't learn his name. Eric Pasternak heard our conversation and immediately popped out of his office. Very professionally assessed my issue . Made me feel very comfortable and welcome. We came to a deal. Got a free ride home and back to pick up my vehicle. The paint job was excellent. All because of the guy that I didn't catch his name was so friendly to break the ice. So that guy needs a raise Eric.”
